About Cake Sei Yan

These are some of the highlights of Leon's foray into the baking arts. The key bakes that have received compliments from family and friends.

Growing up, Leon had fondly been given the  moniker of 'Ova/Egg' by his friends, it is then serendipitous that he begun experimenting with eggs to present these wonderfully varied treats.

Cake Sei Yan is a word play on the cantonese term 激死人(gik sei yan) which means something that makes you feel irritated or annoyed. In this case, life can sometimes leave you exasperated and not feeling the best, but just indulge in a Cake (or tart or biscuit) and it will all vanish away.
